• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "We," "Us," "Our," "Kitovo" refers to Kitovo and its operators.
• "Content" refers to any data, text, images, documents, or other materials you create, upload, or generate using the Service.
• "Tools" refers to the web-based applications provided by Kitovo, including the Receipt Generator and related utilities.

By accessing or using Kitovo's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

6. Export Accuracy Disclaimer

When exporting documents as PDF or PNG files:

• Export quality depends on your browser, device capabilities, and selected settings.
• We provide export options up to 450 DPI, but actual output quality may vary.
• You should verify exported documents before using them for official purposes.
• Kitovo is not responsible for printing issues, display variations, or compatibility problems with third-party software.
• Multi-page exports are provided as-is; page breaks are calculated automatically and may not be perfect for all content.

8. No Server-Side Data Retention

Kitovo operates on a zero-data-retention model for user content:

• We do not store any receipts, documents, or user-generated content on our servers.
• All document generation and processing occurs locally in your browser.
• Exported files are downloaded directly to your device without passing through our servers.
• We cannot recover, retrieve, or access any documents you create.
• If you lose your exported files, we cannot provide copies.

9. Intellectual Property

Our Property:

• The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Kitovo.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
• The Kitovo name, logo, and trademarks are our exclusive property.

Your Property:

• You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
• Any logos, signatures, or images you upload remain your property.
• We do not claim any rights to your generated documents.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitovo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.
• Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

Your Rights:

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• You may clear your browser's localStorage to remove any saved data.
• No account deletion is necessary as we do not maintain user accounts.
