We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any of your personal or business data.

Kitovo is designed as a client-side application that runs entirely in your web browser. Any information you enter into our tools (business details, customer information, receipt data, uploaded images) is processed locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that help us improve the site, including:

This analytics data never includes the receipt content, business details, or customer information you enter into our tools.

Advertising partners never receive the receipt content or business and customer data you enter into our tools — that information stays on your device.

External Services

• Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google Fonts CDN. Google may collect usage data.

Important: None of these services have access to the receipt content or business and customer data you enter into our tools.

Kitovo itself does not set cookies to track you. However, the third-party services we use do set cookies:

• Google AdSense and its advertising partners set cookies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your prior browsing.
• Google Fonts may set cookies when loading font resources.

Third parties, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info/choices. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting the core receipt-generation functionality of Kitovo.

8. Data Export Behavior

When you download a receipt as PDF or PNG:

• The file is generated entirely in your browser using JavaScript
• The download happens directly to your device
• No data is uploaded to Kitovo servers or any third-party service
• You have complete control over where the exported file is saved

The exported files contain only the information you explicitly entered. We never inject tracking pixels, hidden metadata, or external links into your exported documents.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to Access: Since we don't collect your data, there is no data to access from our servers.
• Right to Deletion: All your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time through browser settings.
• Right to Data Portability: Your data is already portable—it exists only on your device and in exported files.
• Right to Object: You have complete control over what information you enter and export.
• Right to Rectification: You can edit any data you've entered at any time before exporting.
